RivaNET have been appointed to deliver a Managed IT service to Eton College, taking ownership of all technical support and additional development for Eton’s IT network and assets.
This outsourcing contract requires service level agreements to guarantee network performance and connectivity for staff and students. College staff are able to focus on delivering the best possible learning experience while RivaNET are tasked to support, manage and enhance Eton’s IT network.
While taking care of Eton’s infrastructure on an ongoing basis, RivaNET delivers projects specifically geared to improve the uptime, performance and security of Eton’s core technology. These include network infrastructure upgrades to increase WiFi reliability and access speeds, e-Safety and safeguarding measures, and enhanced cyber security defence and protection.
