RivaNET implements remote proactive monitoring to manage Colfe’s School IT environment.
Delivering a combination of managed services to maintain uptime and optimise performance of Colfe’s IT, RivaNET is responsible for proactive support of the complete IT infrastructure and applications. This is a combination of remote monitoring delivered by from RivaNET’s dedicated Security Operations Centre, through to provisioning of Helpdesk services, logging support calls via email or phone.
Using PRTG to scan network segments, the service automatically recognises a wide range of devices and systems, by creating sensors from predefined device templates and minimising the amount of on-site configuration required.
RivaNET monitors all systems, devices, traffic and applications on the network, responding to issues and warnings across a range of technologies including Windows servers & applications, VMware virtualised appliances, network switches, wireless access points and controllers, power units, firewalls and routers.
